Our work

Scaling through a merger and acquisition, AvDyne needed their HR foundation rebuilt to keep up. Over a seven-month HR On Demand engagement, we rebuilt their HR foundation, rewrote the employee handbook, stood up payroll services, and ran multi-state recruiting for specialized aircraft-maintenance and airline-industry hires. They came through the merger with HR built for the company they'd become.
